Balloons Over NH
Welcome to "Friday Sketches". This week has been all about Watercolor Pencils for me, so I thought I would share with you some simple landscape sketches that I drew using watercolor pencil and ink.
Aussie Bush Shack, Dinner Plain, Vic
Watercolor pencils are so easy to carry around, and are the perfect tool for plain air or quick sketching. I love them and I am excited to share all I know about them in my upcoming online class "Watercolor Pencils". This class is the first in the new "Water Soluble Series" and goes live on September 18th.
Portarlington Pier, Vic
There are only two days left to take advantage of the early bird special registration price which ends on May 30th. If you have watercolor pencils in your tool box (as most of us do), and you'd like to learn how to make the most of them in every way, then this class is for you.
No previous experience with sketching or with water color pencils is necessary. I'll take you back to basics and show you the many different ways you can use them, both stand alone and with a host of other mediums. It's a jam packed class and great value for money.
If you would like more information on this forever access class, or would like to take advantage of the early bird special, then please click here.
So, thank you to everyone who shared their sketchbooks with us as part of last weeks "Friday Sketches". Following are some of the fantastic work. Be sure to click through to their blogs and let them know how much you appreciate their work.
